Biomedical interventions of artificial intelligence, nanomedicine and gene editing, combined with advances in prosthetics and neuroscience, alert us that it is necessary to protect the right to health and longevity. Humanity has woven a network of diverse characteristics and environments to exist within and continues to question what our future lives might be like. It is imperative to strategize long-term incentives to protect autonomy is done ethically and with awareness of all life forms as science and technology are advancing (Vita-More 2022).
